Special Olympics introduces “School of Strength”

Athletes, Unified Partners, coaches & family members: Special Olympics Illinois (along with Special Olympics Inc. & the WWE) is introducing a whole new way to exercise. . . AT HOME!  The 4-week “School of Strength” session will begin this Sunday, March 22nd. By the way: You can do any sort of exercise you’d like. These are only suggestions and ideas. Just keep a log with the dates when you exercise at least 30 minutes, and when we resume swimming, submit your workout log to Becky.
