On December 13, 2015, the Stars team hosted their inaugural “Hour of Power” – a fun-packed hour of all kinds of relay races, including noodle races, ball dribbles and the wet T-shirt relay. Over 183 swim teams and more than 8,700 swimmers participate in The Hour of Power event which is an awareness builder and fundraiser for The Ted Mullin Fund for Pediatric Sarcoma Research at the University of Chicago Medicine Comer Children’s Hospital. The Stars families and volunteers raised $935! Thank you for making this an unforgettable day for our team.
